Five in One
Scale the heights of Santorini, a Greek Island made up of five smaller islands,
Thira, Therasia, Palea Kameni, Nea Kameni, and Aspronisi. Sometime in the
1500’s BC a now dormant volcano, erupted, creating the unique wall of cliffs
(the caldera) where many of Santorini’s picturesque, white buildings stand.
Cruises from the Gulf of Fira to the volcano’s crater are a popular attraction
for visitors.
